Hawaii Health Network and COPE Health Solutions Partner for Population Health Analytics

HONOLULU & LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Hawaii Health Network (HHN) has partnered with COPE Health Solutions (CHS) to provide population health analytics through its Analytics for Risk Contracting (ARC) platform as HHN concludes its inaugural risk agreement with Humana and United for a Medicare population on Oahu.

ARC’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform will integrate payor claims, as well as electronic health records, lab data, social determinants, and other data. This information will be combined with national cost and usage benchmarks, which will allow HHN to better identify opportunities for quality and care improvements, reduce costs, develop products and grow its network. ARC also provides role-based reports and dashboards with expert insights, identifying specific actionable opportunities to achieve desired management and practice improvements.

Alongside the ARC platform, a team of CHS experts will work with HHN to identify and prioritize achievable financial and quality improvement opportunities.

“Investing early in our analytics capabilities with a trusted partner with national expertise will allow us to achieve the Triple Aim for our population and provide a sustainable foundation for network growth,” said Amy Feeley-Austin. , Executive Director of HHN. “We want to make sure we are using the best tools available to support our clinical leadership, our providers and the health of our members.

“We are honored to have been selected by an HHN to partner with them in achieving their population health management and value-based payment goals. It’s exciting for us to work with Hawaii’s newest independent physician-led network to improve health and ensure the financial sustainability of the health care system,” said CHS Director and CEO Allen Miller.
